American Idol Season 10 and the possible changes

American Idol is heading on its 10th Season! That’s amazing, but wait… if they are going to do the same thing, then I’m the first one on the line to call it boring, or?! I mean come on… ridiculing a contestant is funny for like 5 Seasons, beyond that is just so boring nobody wants to laugh on it! And hey, Simon Cowell is out right? So why is it that there are talks that Randy Jackson is the new Simon Cowell??? Give it up, you can’t replace an old goat! Why not do something interesting and dare I say, NEW, instead!? So at least, Nigel Lythgoe is cleaver enough to think for some new ideas…

The contestants will be bombarded with some new stuff. First, there are two new judges! No one knows how the hell they will handle contestants. Steven Tyler could be mean, maybe, or Jennifer Lopez could be mean… who knows! You can start beating around the bush with that one but hey, think about this for the second time before embarrassing yourself in front of a million viewers, alright?!

Next up, MUSIC VIDEOS! Oh good grief, you should really have some so-called star quality right there and I’m happy with this idea! Doing that stuff is just not for everybody! I mean, my lazy fat neighbor could be singing in front of Paula Abdul and maybe he/she is wearing a catwoman costume! But now is not the right time to do that buddy, go figure! So not unless if you’re in a band, doing gigs on clubs every freaking night, not conscious on cameras then you can make it… as for the rest, well yeah, think again!

Third, NO MORE TOP 24 and they’ll go straight into the top 12 instead! Yeah, they bore me too not unless if ALL of them can sing like Kelly Clarkson then I’m up for the night! If the same Top 24 with some Chekeezee (spelling?) and/or Tyler Grady stirring the night, then perhaps I’d rather watch CSI, heh!

10 Seasons… sure it’s not gonna be an easy task for Nigel Lythgoe but I hope that the newly revamp ‘American Idol’ can still do the trick and let us find the next Kelly Clarckson/Carrie Underwood among these new contestants! A lot of failed Idol champs starts fading to obscurity these days, we don’t want to see another one!
